I like the W. I am also a Platinum member so I always get upgraded. So for me, the hotel is perfect. For 169$ preferred rate, I usually get a suite. It's too bad though that I'm usually here for work and I never take advantage of it. The staff are young and very attentive from the folks at the front door to every interaction on the phone. The food is pretty good and the bar is also hopping. The gym is ok but the fresh apples everywhere makes up for the lack of that extra treadmill. I always stay at this location in Chicago. It's great to sit in the lobby and people watch.
