We had read about the Noble Inn in a book while preparing for our hike and had booked the room beforehand. Everything went as smoothly as one can possibly hope for. The owner arranged for a pickup for us (which we couldn't use in the end because the flight we had been scheduled on originally never took place), the room was ready, they took care of the hiking permit for the Annapurna region as well as of bus tickets - and also of our flight tickets for the trip back, which is another story (see day 2 - from Kathmandu to Pokhara). The room was spacious, very clean, and the hotel is located just a few meters off main street in Pokhara. Close enough to be in the heart of everything - and remote enough to still enjoy a quiet night's sleep. If we go back to Pokhara we will definitely stay there again!
