106363 5 Location 541393 <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The Empire State Building is full of tourists and can get fairly crowded but it is not something you can miss. You mat have to wait in queues for entrance and security checks but once your on your way up the experience is unforgettable. Especially if you are not from a place that has many very tall buildings. I was amazed at how long the lift went on for, it was so tall. </p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Once at the top the views are incredible, and even when the day is not that clear (which it wasn't when I was there) you can see all the way out to the Statue of Liberty. You can spend quite a while just looking around or taking photos, and there is also a very good gift shop you can take a look around. </p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;On the way back down there is the opportunity for you and your friends to have your photo taken professionally against an Empire State building back drop. This is a nice photo op but is a bit expensive for what it is. Finally, at the bottom of the building you can pay extra to go on the Empire Sate Building Skyride, a simulation of a ride over the city, narrated by Kevin Bacon. Unlike the photographs this is worthwhile and a lot of fun.
