324850 4 Location 528789 <p>I visited Hermosillo for business and would stay for 2 to 3 weeks and then return home for a few days before doing it all over again. During the first 4 months of my visits I always stayed at the Fiesta Americana. </p><p>I can't speak to the value or cost of the hotel because we received a special rate and I didn't pay much attention since it was reimbursable. </p><p>The service and staff were awesome. All the front desk staff spoke english but most of the rest of the staff did not. The happy hour was a really fun atmosphere with complimentary snacks (most of the time) and entertainment (again most of the time).</p><p>The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff was helpful. I preferred to be on a lower floor in the summer months when it was super hot and I thought the water pressure was better. My co-workers preffered the higher floors though so maybe it was a quirky preference.</p><p>The hotel has two restaurants, but you can order off either menu if you ask, no matter where you are sitting. I tried almost everything on the menu after 7 months and my favorites definitely ended up being the club sandwich, the chicken cesar salad and the salmon. </p><p>A nightclub was opened called Envy right next door to the hotel late 2005. It was the hot new place in town so it was always packed.
