174441 2 Location 515310 <p>In the upscale Recoleta, this famed property has seen better days. It feels very big and corporate, not to mention faded and fussy. The rooms I visited were dark and the curtains and bedspreads were in need of updating. It’s definitely ornate and grand, and the bar area has character, but it was my least favorite hotel visited and the manager I met with had zero personality or enthusiasm. The indoor pool is truly embarrassing, more a large hot tub and the spa is depressing.
