385073 5 Location 463102 From the outside the Stationhouse Cafe is too far back from the street with a slanted carpark. It appears to be a converted home and on the inside resembles any English pub you find in New Zealand. But the food in this establishment is outstanding. I had seafood chowder that contained heaps of real seafood (none of that weird red stuff sometimes refered to as crab meat) and Mark treated himself to venison with kumara mash and beetroot salad. The house wine was a lovely chardonnay from the Nelson region.
