On Friday, I left for Queenstown. We stayed with Sharkey's family in their time share. After a big feed on Saturday morning, we made our way to The Remarkables to go snowboarding. Our car didn't quite make it up the moutain, so we had to wait for a ride. After staying on the trails the first half of the day, we realized that hiking was the only way to ride this mountain. We had an amazing second half of the day. We were all pumped up on adrenaline and picking the lines we wanted to take on our way up in the chairlift. Oh ya, there are no trees on the ski mountains in New Zealand. Queenstown is Beautiful!!!!
That night we started the night at a party and they had a thirty foot ski jump in thier backyard. On Sunday, we made our way back to Dunedin but stopped at Dinosaur rocks on our way. Oh ya....I drove for the first time on the way home and as Mikaela would say "Think left."
