Booked through Uganda Credit Tours/Go Uganda Safari, I am not sure of the price, but the tents were army style canvas pitched inside beautiful shelters. The shelters appeared to be bamboo, stalks lining the short end walls and meeting the roof on the sides. The front created a nice patio, and each patio had two wicker chairs. In the back, which you reached by walking into the tent, through the anteroom, and out the velcro flaps, was a private area that was not entirely private. The stalks prevented gazing in, but the openness assured a lessening of privacy. There, on what was a partially contained patio, were the toilet, sink and bathtub complete with shower. The experience was so open it felt luxurious- mixing the moonlight or afternoon sun without interruption into bathing, I was a happy camper, literally.

For the shy ones, the camp-restrooms were located a bit farther back.

Meals were served at the pavilion, which was a few meters from my tent, and the meals were gooood. Service impeccable, I enjoyed the feeling that this is in many ways everything a campground is not.
