In a lot of places in Patagonia I had very little options for what to eat, being vegetarian. No different in the Angelus, where I'd joined some fellow travellers for a late night evening meal. It was omelet again! But the nice thing about this cafe/bar/restaurant was the sheer generosity and friendly nature of the landlady - she made me the omelet specially as I didn't ear meat and in a in a hurry, as the others already had their food. Caused it to stick to the pan and although it came out looking much better than many I have made myself, she refused to charge me for it saying it was the worst she had ever made in her life! Of course it tasted just as good - and with a hostess like that we stayed longer I think and drank yet another bottle of wine!!
