It's both a hotel and hostel offering a range of rooms. The receptionist / owner was very nice on arrival and showed me around incl a map. $100 pn for the dorm (all single beds).

This hostel, just minutes from the beach was basic to say the least. The reception lady (a middle aged Canadian woman i think) was very welcoming and friendly and gave us lots of good information ...
