After breakfast we went down to the Dockyards to see the HMS Warrior and HMS Victory. We got to walk all over the Warrior and learnt about conditions in the 1800's for sailors. We saw how canons work and all the weapons. After that tour we got on a boat and did a tour of the harbour. We saw all the naval ships that were in port. The base at Gosport and the tower of water that my Oompa used to have to go in to practice escaping from a sinking submarine. The tour took about an hour. When we got back we walked through the HMS Victory. This was the flagship of the Royal Navy and the Battle of Trafalgar. We saw the plaque of where Admiral Nelson was shot and then we went below deck, we saw where he died. It was a really good day. Lots of interesting stuff.
For dinner we went to Shorties. This is the restaurant that Mum worked at when her and dad lived in England. We met her old bosses Gerald & Sally. Lexie went behind the bar and made icecreams and drinks. I had scampi for dinner. It was a really fun night. Sam & Al, Maizie, Harrison and Jacob, Bev & Deb all came.
We home to Bev & Deb's place in Bev's big car and watched the moon on the water. There were fishing boats out and it looked really cool under the full moon. Off to bed at 2300.

Dear All you sound like you really enjoyed England it brought back memories of when we lived there and we always went to Devon and Cornwall for our holidays. I loved all the cobbled streets and little doorways and I would kill for a Cornish Pastie. Love to you all Bad Nanny
