Thai roads are scary!

    So I had my first (and hopefully last) crash today.  Definately not fun.  I slide out going around a turn & dumped the bike.  Luckily no one ran over me.  I felt fine so I jumped back on it to get out of the way, but now my foot is hurting.  It should be fine but I don't think I will train this afternoon.  I wish I could find some fricken ice in this place.

The training was fun today.  I got to spar with this tall guy from Sweeden, I need to get in the habit of blocking kicks w/ my leg, instead I block w/ my arms a lot.  His hands weren't very good so I was able to get in and tag him a few times.  He is a nice guy though, but his kicks didn't feel too good!

I went & checked out the mall, juts like the Bangkok one--expensive.  That was interesting driving down there though, they are doing construction so the roads are all dirt before the mall, had to be real careful then.
