With all the fresh fruit and salads to compliment the grueling training, I am noticing changes....finally.

The toughest thing to do is know if I am eating enough...I have supplemented my training with proetin shakes and fruit right after ....2 huge salads a day and maybe 8-10 servings of fruits....

I have not stepped on a scale since the end of the detox and I will this next week....I will go back to Atsumi and use the exact same scale.
