Don't Go to Panama City Beach

We went with our teenage kids to Panama City Beach for spring break, 07. The police department is horrible. They bully the kids and are very unprofessional. They openly target expensive vehicles to ticket for city revenue. My kids were bullied, and called names by officers. I was given a ticket in retaliation for pointing this out to the officer. City manager and police chief apparently support this behavior because they refused to do anything. If they openly support this behavior I am afraid to think of what else goes on in that police department. We were afraid to drive all week because they were out to get us for complaining about the officer! Please go somewhere, anywhere else but this horrible place.
