One morning, we decided to trek across the mile wide island of Santorini. So, we walked south out of Oia and then turned down a road, towards Sigalas winery. We saw lots of donkeys, goats, tomato farms, and pretty flowers and trees. We continued down to Paradise Beach, near Baxedes. There were a few tavernas and small inns that looked cute, but we wanted to get back to our place. So, we walked along the coast (the west side of Santorini) and back through the tiny town of Oia. It was good exercise and interesting to see different parts of the island.
