Spent most of the day walking around downtown Oakland, where Ankur, Sujit, Prateek and I were putting up at Amit's place. Not much to see though except some scattered old architecture.

We were all set to leave for LA in our good-looking Pontiac Grand Prix (so what if it was rented)...this was gonna be a long..boring night drive :-(
