Review of Hostelling International, Honolulu

You are right next to the university of Manoa and in reach of sites away from Waikiki such as Manoa falls and better cheaper supermarkets.  However you are very reliant on the buses which can leave you standing at bus stops for ages, plan plenty of time to get anywhere.  Has a very good kitchen and is kept  very clean.  You won't find lots of boozed up people here as they have a no alcohol on site policy and the clientale of guests is more wide ranging which we appreciated.  Parking is limited by the hostel and they have a maximum 1 week stay policy.
