The garden and train ride were small scale and only moderately interesting, but this was my first time seeing how a pineapple grows and it was fascinating!  They grow on stalks in little bushes.  I didn't realize there were so many varieties and some were bright fushia!  We did learn some interesting facts about Dole and the history of pineapple production from the brief tour as well.
