Miss Bonnie and I headed into the town to get our passports stamped at the local post office (they do this is some places). The lady nodded and said yes they did, so we go them stamped! Heaven forbid with the postal stamp used for posting letters...ah well!
They say Tonga is "The Friendly Islands" the men are certainly very friendly....they especially seem to like blondes. We were so hassled we were happy to get back to the ship having sent off a couple of postcards and had a little look around.
The afternoon was really cool, we did a shore excursion with the journalists and saw the King's palace, and went out to the blow holes which were awesome. Our favourite thing was the buses - one was branded the 'Spam' bus and the other was the 'Panadol Bus' we could use that back in Auks on those hungover days!
