Nelson

We've arrived but I'm off to try and find where we had our KFC when we were here 20 years ago.  I can't believe that we only have 7 nights left in our van.  It is feeling a bit sad.  I'm enjoying the snail lifestyle.

I have found the KFC where we got those Scooby Doo Masks it is in Tahunanui (I will check spelling of this) Beach.  I have taken some pictures to try and match to the ones at home.

Before we left Nelson we went to the WOW or World of Wearable Art.  It was amazing.  Lots of clothes made from recycled materials.  Very hard to explain, Christie, you would love it!  Anyway the upshot is that Nic has been very inspired and started creating alsorts of wearable art including a hat made of capsicums (peppers) which she entitled 'A Healthy Mind'  Life in the van what can I say.
