Review of Best Western on Ocean

We got a decent price for a great room on the ocean. Walls were thin so we heard our neighbor making phone calls at 3 AM, but the desk staff offerred to send someone up to ask them to stop, and all was quiet afterwards.

The issue occurred at checkout due to a misunderstanding about their buffet and the tipping - a small amount of moeny really but the manager was VERY rude about it which ticked me off so much I swear I'll never stay at a BW again.

Too bad, because I might have become a regular there!
