Today was an early start as we headed out for a full day of adventure. In the morning we did some simple hiking in some rather arid mountains a couple hours from Mendoza where we encountered another religious icon (something, it seems, South Americans love building in random places).
Next was going down. Even though I am not that comfortable with heights, I realized that its staring down a precipice that really gives me vertigo. However, when strapped into a harness and bouncing down a cliff face holding on to a rope, I'm fine.
The rest of the day was spent at a local hot spring, soaking ourselves and playing around on the water slides like a bunch of kids. That night, I got a rather comfortable overnight bus back to BA for my final day on the continent.
