Lisa and I have raised money for a Diabetes charity all year and are taking part in a Team Diabetes pushbike ride through southern rural China. Following this trip, we have extended our trip to travel through Beijing, Xian and Shanghai on our own.

We love to take photos, so chances are that this will become more of a pictorial than a diary/blog, but who knows?
