There was a huge crowd of people on the street that were doing absolutely nothing and didnt seem to be waiting for anything. I walked all around and through the crowd and couldnt figure our what they were doing, they were just standing there in the middle of a working street. I asked someone what was going on and he flippantly replied nada. Ive learned that some things are just not explainable, they only make sense to a local.
