The last week has been so crazy!  The movers came on Tuesday and packed up our apartment.  We managed to finish cleaning the place on Wednesday and then turned over the keys Thursday morning.  April's leaving do with her office was Thursday night.  Our last day in the office was Friday and then Chris's leaving do/Christmas party was Friday night. 

Saturday we spent our last day in London.  We visited our favorite places once more and said goodbye to this spectacular city that has been home to us for the last 2 years.  Chris treated April to her last musical - Guys and Dolls with Patrick Swayze.  And then we walked around Oxford and Regent Streets to see the Christmas lights.  We ended the day at Trafalgar Square and headed back to Reading.

And then it was Sunday.  Laura was kind enough to offer to be our chauffeur to the airport and joined us in our very last pub meal in the UK.  There was one last tearful goodbye and then we were off. . .Flight VS603 on Virgin Airlines direct to Cape Town, South Africa.
