Lagos is a very busy place mostly during the day, and at times busy at night. A lot of people from different races, culture,work of life,etc can be found there. Yorubas, Ibos,Hausas reside in Lagos, foreigners like Ghanaians, Togolese, Americans, British, etc can be found there. When you spend a short while in Lagos you mix with a lot of people enabling you to be able to associate your with people anywhere you go to.

Lagos is sometimes dangerous at night,hence one has to be sercurity alert. Movements during the night must be reduced.
