Second day sightseeing in Koh Samui. Van picked us up at 7:30am, and we picked up a few others on the way to the dock. Our "ship" left the dock at 10, and by 11:30 we were at the first of two islands we were to visit this day.
At the first island I did some swiminng until I started getting stung by jelly fish! Deb, Teng and Lamyai sat on the beach and had a chitchat. Lunch was at half twelve on the boat. By 1 we were at the Emerald Lake island. By this time Teng, Beb and Lamyai had had enough of getting on and getting off the boat (not easy task), so they remained on the boat while the rest of the tour (some 12 others) took a small boat to shore, and made the short but strenuous hike up and then down to Emerald Lake. By 2:30 we were headed back to Koh Samui, and by four we were back in dock.
The best part of the day was a nice dinner. More Thai food!
Also made the decision to catch an earlier flight to Phuket. Will try to make the change in the am.
