You don't have much choice when staying in Koh Panyi, I think there might be one other guesthouse.  However, I was on a package tour so that is what I got.

There are only 5 rooms on the second floor that are separated by thin walls that don't go up to the ceiling, so you can hear everything anyone does.  Plus, when anyone walks, the whole place shakes.

The room was an adequate size, had a mosquito net and a very small toilet/shower with no sink.

For what it all was, it was fine, but I wouldn't see staying more than the one night on a tour.
