I remember waking up as the wind was causing the patio door to slam , i  took it upon myself to secure our clothing which was drying on the balcony down and bring in anything which was likely to be blown down into the pool.As i was shattered i soon felt straight back to sleep but it wasn't long before i was woken up by a clap of thunder and heavy rain - a storm had rolled in .I tried to wake Karina to help me bring the rest of the washing in but she was dead to the world.Out on the balcony i could see that other people were also rushing to gather belongings in or just watch the storm . We were surrounded by lightening.

I laughed in the morning to see that i did not rescue all the clothes , a few t-shirts had been blown of. Thank goodness they missed the pool and someone had kindly folded them and placed them on  a bench.

At breakfast we joked how Yavuz and Karina hadn't even realized that there had been a storm.

We had two guides thier dog  on the walk and we were joined by an elderly English couple .The beginning of the walk was gentle wide paths along open fields where shepherds tendered their flocks .I was glad that there was a gentle start to the walk as my head was still spinning like i was still on board the boat .

Alot  of the walk was along narrow rocky foot paths getting scratched by thorns .We saw lots of tortoises along the track , and our guide got very excited when he saw a squirrel.I kept it to myself that i get to see squirrels from my bed room window.

The Lycian ruins were perhaps some of my favorite , wild and untouched  you almost felt like that you were the first ones to discover then .The sun was hot , our guide in the bus had almost frightened us by telling us to bring warm clothes as it would be cold .I was glad that he was so wrong as my t-shirt which was my only warm layer that i had bought had got soaked when my drink leaked over it .

Walking back the older English man tried to convince me to take up running as i was quick and agile just like one of the best runners in the club he belongs to .He quoted that ' you could win lots of medals' i silently laughed to myself as i almost twisted my ankle on one of the many rocks .

Arriving at a small village our bus was waiting and there was a water fountain which supplied some of the nicest water that i have ever tasted .I couldn't persuade anyone else to try it  which was a shame .

Karina was keen to go shopping again  , i was content just to lay by the pool and read my book. She had told Yuvuz that i had just showered and gone to bed which was a lie , but i just ignored that dig .Walking to the restaurant i was asked my opinion on the walk , Karina was disappointed that we were not given more information on the walk however i had enjoyed it .I liked just being outdoors experiencing the outdoors and burning some energy .I also got to show of my bite on my shoulder that that started tracking unlike anything id seen or anyone else had seen before.

For dinner we went to Smileys restaurant on the sea front and ate Calamari. We could pick out our sea food but i shyed away from this and let the waiter choose .The calamari was great it was a shame that our drinks never turned up.I watched the grand prix with the drive  , who seemed slightly distant that evening .

Afterwards we went to the tea gardens for coffee and to smoke some water pipe .It was awkward as Karina wanted to go to bed , but i enjoyed talking to Yavuz. It was up to me to choose the flavour of the water pipe ,being boring i choose apple which i know i like  previously i have found watermelon and strawberry to sleep .I don't think that i have ever smoke so much but i enjoyed it .We talked about growing up and exchanged some photos  not that i had any to exchange .
