Kaikoura is a small town with lots of syles of places to eat the majority very good.

Being we live and travel exclusively in a bus we look for the best in coffee and meals everywhere we go.

North of town The Hapuku Lodge provides our most favourite coffee in New Zealand

Supreme and done with expertise and panache. The food is of equal value.

My past has included a dining out writer for a Wellington ,

New Zealand newspaper and I have spent a lifetime in

pursuit of good food, good coffee and good wine.
Not disappointed in the Hapuku Lodge on any account.
