It was the first night of our honeymoon!

We had been warned of Jo'Burg being dangerous. Rosebank was quite a different feel! We didn't have too much time, though, just the one night.

We had a terrific dinner at The Butcher Shoppe(excellent and fun steakhouse), which had been recommended by a couple on the plane.

We arrived at The Grace Rosebank to a room filled w/champagne, rose petals and a lovely welcome not. It  was a lovely little hotel with a nice staff.

Our only "concern" was when a man came to our door at midnight, mumbling about something, but left when we asked why he wanted us to open the door.

Other than that...and we really didn't get too freaked about that...it was a lovely first night!!!
