Known as the Blue City, Jodhpur is one of the more beautiful cities from afar.  We arrived after a very long train journey from Amritsar, through Delhi.  We found Cosy Guesthouse to be just that, as well as a home for the next few days.  Vicky, the loyal employee, cook, and tour guide made us feel welcome and took care of everything we needed.  Sunsets from the rooftop of Cosy were phenomenal - overlooking the old blue city with the sun illuminating the fort.  We took an afternoon to tour Meherangarh Fort - which was awesome.  So much history and artifacts displayed from Rajputana times.  We spent a lot of time roaming the streets and shopping for spices, camel skin goods, jewelry and other Rajasthani specialties.   Steph even got some bangles as they were being made - it looked like saltwater taffy being stretched as they blended the colors and molded the bracelets.  It is a beautiful old town, but easy to get lost in.  As we headed down the narrow alleyways, often coming face to face with many roaming cows (which inevitably sent Steph running in the opposite direction), the locals were more than happy to get us back on track.
