Ahh, India. Why did we want to go? Fascinating people, culture, amazing geography, and of course food. We have many friends who have come from, lived in, or travelled in India, so it was a must see on our 5 month trip through Asia. I think, mostly, it was that there were no pins in that map in the most populous places on earth, and we wanted to see what 1/4 of the world's people are all about.
