This is such a fun place to eat! Everyone needs to experience eating at a sushi bar with a conveyer belt of sushi slowing sliding directly in front of you, at least once. We sat at one of two bars in the restaurant that are within arm's reach of the slowly-moving sushi. It was nice to observe the different types of sushi going by and try things at our own pace. I can't say much about the names of what we ate, as the menus were in Japanese (but they did have cute pictures to explain the etiquette of grabbing the sushi plates off of the conveyer belt, and also explaining how to make yourself green tea), but we sampled some excellent sushi pieces with tuna, crab salad, veggie rolls, and probably some mystery fish as well. When you are ready to go a server will come by to count your empty plates and total up your bill according to their color. It was fast, fun, and easy!
