We stayed at BP International House for 4 days. The hotel had shuttle service from the airport which was arranged by our travel agent. Very convenient! The hotel looks very new and clean. Our check-in was handled very efficiently, it took only a few minutes -- but this could be because the room was already fully paid beforehand. We requested for a non-smoking room and since there weren't any more available, we got an upgrade to the 24th floor with the harbour view at no extra charge!
The room is very clean, looks newly renovated although a bit small. I'm very particular about bathrooms (I think hotel bathrooms are disgusting, in general) but I didn't have a problem with their bathroom which also looked newly renovated. They have glass walls instead of tiles so I know they're pretty clean. They also have complete toiletries for guests like toothbrushes, shower caps, slippers, toothpaste, shampoo, etc. They do have soap but it's in a dispenser. You might want to bring your own soap.
The room is also very cold. We keep on turning the AC on and off because we couldn't get the right temperature. It was okay but it was colder in our room than outside -- but Hong Kong malls are also cold so I think they like their indoors cold.
The concierge staff is also very accomodating although not that so in the middle of the night when we get back from shopping. They TRY but I could see they just want to go home. There is also a cranky male staff who is constantly checking on guests at the lobby.
The hotel is walking distance to the Jordan station, to the Temple Street Night Market and to Harbour City. It was very convenient.
I like this hotel. I'll consider staying here again. =)
