It is three in the morning, and I am still awake. Sewing a tapestry as a wedding gift for one of close friend of Family. Artemis is second time pregnant and together with her German sweet heart decided to get married in the home country of  bride. It is so nice to have an occasion like this when is the wedding suppose to be at southern coast of Greece. Can you immagine a big Greece wedding? Oh yeah, it sounds like an advanture, kinda vacation at a place where I never been before, and going to meet old friends after four long years again. Such a chance to take it and make it... do not think about that!
Our fly was at 5:30 am, ourfirst   destination Thessaloniki. We landed at time, our heads was klimbing for about two hours in the airplane, and at 7:30 am we did step at the Earth again. Even if dog tired, heavy eyelids, swolen legs, we were happy to get our destination safely, to be closer to our fantasy that is always in most colours... I wish our fantasy become true... As far as it let us go at least... It is all about us, and up to us...
Jordanus, a younger brother of Artemis, picked us up at the airport, and our first day in Greece could to beggin. He has an internet coffee called Space Place, located up to Panorama Village.

It is a sunny day as usually... it looks like, it never rains in Greece, during this period of season at least. The warmness got up to 36°C with a cool, warm wind. We left our stuff at Jordanus' place, and followed all recommendations that Jordanus' gave us... like take a bus to down town, where a ship harbour and enjoy the sea breath at our change station down Town Thessaloniki.

Down Town Thesaloniki is about two main one way streets about all day long to joy. It is mostly about Banks, shops, restaurants, and Bars down Town. What I did like the most was the "Thessaloniki Pier" that remins me to days that we have had a nice, long walk towards "Havana's Malecon"... Where those days? It was one of longest days during last month, except of a Solstice. We did not sleep for about thirty hours, and we still would like to stay awake to see more...       Our tummies get noisy, so we set to nearest beer garden to have some sort of snack, eventualy one of typical Greek Beers to taste. One of staff came immediately to give us their menu, and to figurate out if we local hommies or a foreigns, even where we came from, and then he never came back... Their bad, we were hungry, thirsty, and all four of us we were ready to order...

It is all right at place where there one restaurant by another... we did move about ten meters forward, and had a sit again... It maight be like this, we talk to each other, may be there does not need any costumers, even if that beer garden empty. So, this time we  have received a pile of bread in a basquet and their menu. We were ready to order in a snap, but we had the same problem... no one came to ask what we would like to order... We did leave the second place to find a third one in middle of town, this time we asked if it is right time to serve dinner for four person, and if they do have a fresh fish... They send us to their neighbors, where we finaly ordered, have eaten, and except of one fish that ordered my brother's girlfriend, we did received everything we wished and enjoyed it as well. So nice to share, so rich to joy tiny pieces of sea treasure. The cheef must be of a happy heart that he gave us a plate of fresh fruit as an appologize for that forgotten fish he did not bring...

After that we took a bus for sixty cents to get back to Jordanu's place, where there all our stuff, took a short, but very welcome shower and enjoyed our big bed to stretch our tired body... to have a deep sleep.
