Review of Hakone Freepass and walks

There is an amazing transport network around Hakone made up of buses, Cable cars, Pirate ships and a Gondola. for abou twenty pounds you can get a pass that will get you too Hakone for Shinjuku and back again, with unlimited access on all the transportation rounde Hakone. Even in the cold snow of febuary it gets silly with tourists and using the cable car and such, gives a slightly manufactured feel, But if you are intrested in walking it offers great acces to some of the walks around Hakone. The signs are In japanese and have no english. I couldnt find a english map in any of the shops. Im sure you could link up the trails with the transport though.
