  • Overall: Rating of 3.2 out of 5

"Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel, but I would not recommend room service as the pizza, of all things, was awful." source Priceline

"It was a beautiful hotel, and very convenient to the airport, It was a beautiful hotel, and the price was very good." source Priceline

"The staff is wonderful, the facilities beautiful and overall a wonderful place to stay. I just want to let you know, it was a great stay." source Travelocity

"Overall for the price it was a good stay." source Travelocity

"This is a WONDERFUL hotel, the staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay there again in a quick heartbeat." source Priceline

  • Clean: Rating of 3.5 out of 5

"Clean, attractive enough, nice staff, huge pool, just no surprises or exciting style or service twists." source Priceline

"The room itself was decently clean, but the bathroom was not. I don't think the cleaning staff had cleaned the tub for months: there was a wad of hair tangled in the drain, and some of the tiles had mold stains." source Travelocity

"On the weekend, the staff never cleans the duck-taped carpet in the halls - full of cigarettes, trash, etc." source Expedia

"The furnishings, carpet and upholstery were none too clean, with visible holes and tears." source Priceline

"It was questionable when the last time the sheets and pillowcases were cleaned." source Priceline

  • Service: Rating of 3.4 out of 5

"Service, especially at front-desk, bar and restaurants has deteriorated steadily over the past few years." source Priceline

"While leaving whole group in front of me was complaining of poor service and conditions." source Travelocity

"The service is great and everything should be a lot better once they finish remodeling." source Expedia

"A plus location, has all the amenities for a full service hotel, you don't need to leave the hotel." source Priceline

"Waited 40 minutes at hotel restaurant for food service." source Travelocity

  • Location: Rating of 4.0 out of 5

"Great location, away from Indian Canyon drive, movie theatre across the street and casino in the next hotel. If you're simply shopping in Corazon, planning to hike in Joshua Tree National Park, then this is a great location." source Priceline

"We checkin, the front desk clerk offered to upgrade because our "pool view" room that cost us an extra $ per night, had two double beds and a very poor location." source Travelocity

"Fine lobby, limited restaurant menu, but within walking distance to Palm Canyon." source Expedia

"Pool area was run down, area misters were on only in one unoccupied area of the pool area. Speakers around the pool area were poorly located with exposed wiring." source Priceline

"The hotel's location to the Palm Springs airport was a critical part of my stay, but the hotel is in dire need of renovation to be consistent with the entrance, bar area and pool." source Priceline

  • Value: Rating of 3.0 out of 5

"The only one down side was limited convenient self parking but it was something that I could overlook given the quality of the hotel for the price that I booked it." source Priceline

"But the price was right, for the season, and the location is good - close to the main drag, but not right on it." source Travelocity

"But it is a very nice hotel, and for the price we paid, I'd stay there anytime." source Priceline

"Very fancy for the price. Hotel itself is very good for the price." source Priceline

"Also I needed a rollaway and I was charged 20 dollars a night for it." source Priceline
