We are located ON the world famous Venice Beach at the heart of Venice Beach and just a short walking distance from both the Venice Pier and Santa Monica Pier. With numerous excellent restaurants, shopping, and community resources within walking distance. And of course the Venice Canals. The world famous Muscle Beach is just outside our front door. Some of the worlds best artist and performers are also just steps away. Cancellation policy is 100 percent refund if cancelled more than 3 days prior to arrival, 50 percent refund if cancelled 3 days or less prior to arrival and after arrival, Credit card charged at time of booking based on the following information, 2 night deposit or full payment, whichever is less. . Hours of operation are 9am to 9pm. All late arrivals must contact hotel for the lockbox code and simple instructions during those hours.

Nearest cross street is Westminster. -- Directions -- We are ON OCEAN FRONT WALK near the corner of Westminister and Speedway in the Heart of Venice Beach, CA. When coming from LAX, have the driver take Lincoln Blvd. to Venice Blvd. Take a right on Pacific Ave. About 8 blocks on your left you will see Clubhouse right after Westminster , turn left, then left again on Speedway last drive-able street before the beach . We are a 4 story hotel on the right. The fare should be about (dollars) 21.00.
