The haveli is still privately owned by the Mathur family, who are involved in the day to day operations of the property and still live in a private area of the haveli. TO/0708 A traditional haveli, or traditional Indian mansion or courtyard house, built over 300 years ago. The exterior is made from sandstone and features intricate carved designs showcasing the history of the building set around a courtyard. Situated at the foot of Mehrangarh Fort, one of the most well-known sites of Jodhpur, and in the heart of the city. The railway station and bus stand are both two kilometres away.
