It is the ideal place to get to by any means of transport and it is also the ideal starting point for excursions both to the town centre and the many lidos or also to visit the attractive archaeological sites of the area, like Selinunte, Segesta Erice and scenic beautiful places like San Vito lo Capo, that can all be reached in 20 minutes� drive. Nearby you can find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and self-service places. The railway station is only 10 minutes� walk away or 5 minutes by bus. Nearby you can also find the Theatre and the harbour, wherefrom hydrofoils leave to the near Egadi islands, to Pantelleria, to Ustica and to Tunis.

If you decide to arrive by plane you can choose: the airport 'Falcone-Borsellino' of Palermo, at 70 km away or you can land at the airport 'Vincent Florio of Trapani-Birgi', distant around 10 Kms.
