Designed to resemble an old-world Mexican mansion, the Avalon Baccara Cancun is a boutique resort located on a fine stretch of white-sand beach in the heart of Cancun's Hotel Zone, within walking distance of La Isla Shopping Village. Features include a hand-tiled swimming pool with fountains, waterfalls and a swim-up bar, rich terracotta wallsand, handcrafted Mexican art and furnishings.Dining and refreshments are available at the Beach Bar, serving tropical drinks and seafood, the lobby bar, Avanti Restaurant, serving Italian and Mediterranean specialties and Boulevard Bistro offering made-to-order thin crust pizzas,pastas and sandwiches. Other amenities include a lobby bar, room service (24 hours), laundry service, babysitting and access to watersport activities, spa facilities and the fitness center at the nearby Avalon Grand Cancun hotel.The 27 guestrooms all have views of the Caribbean Sea, Nichupte Lagoon, or both.
