"I called the front desk and she told me that the hot tub room wasn't ready (as I suspected) and that she wouldn't refund our money, regardless of the fact that the heat didn't work in our room. I asked her if she would be willing to downgrade us to a cheaper room so we could save a little of the money that we were throwing away on the unpleasant hotel and she wouldn't do that either (which I couldn't understand because the hotel parking lot was empty." — source Travelocity

A convenient location just steps away from Nicole's Catering and downtown Highland Falls snuggled in the Catskills Mountains along the magnificent Hudson River. Whether its a quiet weekend or a business trip we are confident we have the accommodations you are looking for at a reasonable price. Guest will enjoy our Free continental brakfast and Refrigerators and Wireless High speed internet access in all rooms. We also have Family Suites available. Pet Accommodation: 10. pet/night. Pet Limit: 5 per room. 200 pounds and under. Pets must be in kennel or with owner. Can not leave unattended.
