  • Overall: Rating of 4.1 out of 5

"Would definiteley stay again." source Venere

"This is wonderful hotel." source Venere

  • Service: Rating of 4.2 out of 5

"A very nice hotel and a nice stay only spoiled by the welcoming of the lady in the reception, Ms Nadine Valente, who behaved arrogantly when I asked her to help with the parking spot (which we had boohed through Venere): she should be sent to a course for people who need to learn how to be service." source Venere

"Hotel also close to bus line - busses from two different routes pass close by so service is pretty good." source Venere

  • Location: Rating of 4.1 out of 5

"location is just perfect staff as good as the best i have met anywhere in the world breakfast excellent just one disappointing aspect we booked for 7nights and we were given a small room on the first floor when their were very good rooms on the second floor where we stayed on the second leg of our journey it is a pity we had not been given this room at the begining." source Venere

"Slightly more quality 3* ('superior' is justified) hotel than some others in area, although reflected in the additional cost." source Venere

"Every thing is OK, very good rate price/quality Location very convenient for center of town." source Venere

  • Room: Rating of 3.7 out of 5

"the rooms were like a small box. For us to fit in the room they (the employees) had to even remove some furniture." source Venere
