At Via Appia we offer all the classical dishes known so well from holidays on the mediterranean but also the funny or quick remark together with the fast and elegant service. Restaurant Saison- The secret to perfect cuisine is to use food of prime quality, states Erwin Lauterbach and therefore we only use ingredients when they are in season when flavours and texture are at their peak, hence the name of the restaurant Saison. We do not decide the days menus until we see what the markets has to offer. Our menus are never set neither for our guests nor ourselves.
