"I would recommend calling ahead of time and making sure your room is located in the newer section, it has better A/C and water pressure." source Orbitz

"looks can be deceiving, nice hotel but uncomfortable beds, repeatedly asked for foam mattress pads, front desk people were the worst we have ever encountered, food was not worth the price for an all-inclusive, worst food I have ever eaten at a resort compared to other resorts we have vacationed in the past, management people were very rude, but the workers were very nice, overall, my family and I strongly felt we were cheated out of our money and time there, we are planning an another vacation." source Travelocity

"\n\nOverall, I loved Cozumel however I would probably try a different resport if I return mainly because I was not wowed by the resort." source Travelocity

"Excellent service, extremely clean, would not recommend any room other than an ocean view." source Travelocity

"the food starts to taste the same after several days, but overall, it was very good." source Travelocity

  • Clean: Rating of 4.7 out of 5

"The rooms were kept spotless and the grounds are lovely." source Orbitz

"Clean, staff great (our maid was awesome), food ok, service at restaurant slow, but eh, what else were we going to do in the evening." source Travelocity

  • Service: Rating of 4.5 out of 5

"Vacationed at many resorts with family, by far this hotel was the worst, customer's service was horrible, customers had no rights at this hotel, food was the worst I have ever seen, absolutely no variety of foods for an all-inclusive hotel, food was old at times and this hotel mixes old and new foods and served to customers, handling of food was very scary, our family was not able to eat much, we were all sick for the entire time there, be very careful and get everything in writing, beds were." source Travelocity

"was extremely excited about this place until we arrived at the hotel, extremely disappointed from the start, reception was horrible, beds were rock hard, unable to sleep for few days until they found me some mattress pads, food was horrible, really only had one restaurant for an all-inclusive resort, ate same food everyday, no variety, not worth the money, stay in Cancun for better service and variety of foods, management people were the worst I have ever seen at an all-inclusive resort." source Travelocity

"Franando was our waiter at the veranda restaurant and the food and service was the best. Carlos was the waiter that we dealt with in the pool area, again great service with good drinks top shelf." source Travelocity

"Ordered room service one night and they lost our oder then when we called they said they would look into the matter." source Travelocity

"There is putt-putt, kareoke bar, pool games, huge chess game, not to mention all inclusive services." source Travelocity

  • Location: Rating of 4.4 out of 5

"The largest pool had a swim up bar, seats on the sides, and an area where you could just lounge, all while in the water." source Orbitz

"The resort itself is beautiful and in a very convenient location to town." source Travelocity

"There are many resorts in this area of the world (also look at Cancun, Playa del Carmen) to settle for hard beds, bad drinks and cold food." source Travelocity

"The only complaint that I would have is that you can't get a good cup of coffee before the buffet area opens for breakfast." source Travelocity

"I wasn't quite as comfortable with some of the activity vendors who fill the lobby area." source Travelocity

  • Value: Rating of 4.4 out of 5
