Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and warm welcome offered by our family-friendly hotel in the heart of the lovely climatic spa town of Hahnenklee in the Oberharz region. All rooms come with a balcony or terrace, the solid wood furniture typical to the region, an en suite bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer, a cable TV and a radio alarm clock. Guests have access to a wide range of leisure options within the hotel, such as the two-lane bowling alley and pool table, as well as our spa area with large Jacuzzi, two saunas and a gym. The centre of Hahnenklee is a few minutes away on foot, and offers guests the perfect place to browse the shops and look for souvenirs. From October of this year we also offer Reiki therapy and magno-therapy in our relaxation and well-being area, carried out in person by our head therapist, Mrs Bender, when arranged in advance.

From Hannover Airport (HAJ): Distance to Hotel Restaurant Walpurgishof is 100 kilometres, approximately 70 minutes' drive. Getting there. The S Bahn's line 5 runs between the airport's train station and Hannover central station. Trains depart every 30 minutes between 5 a.m. and midnight. The journey takes about 15 20 minutes, and single tickets cost 2.40 EUR. Trains depart twice an hour from Hannover train station to Goslar. Tickets cost 14.50 EUR. From Goslar, bus number 830 runs to Hahnenklee. The nearest bus stop is 400 metres from the hotel. Prices are all subject to change. Getting around. The centre of Goslar is best explored on foot. A network of buses connects Goslar with nearby towns, and a car is best for exploring the surrounding area.
