The Crowne Plaza Hotel Astor was opened in April 2002 and is situated on the corner of Bourbon and Canal Streets at the gate to the French Quarter, approximately 12 miles from New Orleans International Airport. Local attractions include Harrah's Casino, Audubon Zoo, Superdome, New Sports Arena, Jazzland Amusement Park, and the Riverwalk shopping area.Hotel amenities include concierge, tour assistance, ATM, laundry/valet service, ice machine, safe deposit box, room service, business center, fax/photocopy service, and valet parking (fee).
