Any cancellation made after 48 hours prior to check in time of 3:00 PM will incur a charge of the first night’s accommodations or 20% of the total booking, whichever is higher. Modifications to the length of stay must likewise be made within the same time frame.

Directions

Driving direction fron JFK Airport-Head north on the Van Wyck Expressway. Take the exit for the Long Island Expressway west and bear right to enter the Brooklyn/Queens Expressway. Stay on the Brooklyn/Queens Expressway and there will be a left exit for the Williamsburg Bridge into Manhattan. After the bridge ends, stay straight on Delancey Street. Turn left onto Ludlow Street, right onto Grand Street and another right onto Orchard Street.
