"The customer service at this hotel was good, however below are the issues I encountered during my stay: - I had multiple occurrences of dirty/soiled towels delivered from housekeeping during room cleaning _ I could not get more than two towels delivered to the room - The vent in the bathroom was very dusty - Irons are not allowed in the rooms, so we had to send our clothing out ironing sometimes twice daily (quite an inconvenience) - Each time you need the hotel shuttle it is a minimun charge." — source Hotels.com
